We consider our clients time just as valuable as our time! Which is why we require our staff to be there earlier than your appt incase of an early drop off as well as hold a high standard in reliability and punctuality in our staff.
We also understand that the key to good energy in our shop is keeping up with a consistent, punctual time management process when grooming our clients fur babies. Therefor it is important for our clients to be on time to their appointments. When one of the pups comes in late it can throw the whole schedule for this particular groomer and the pets on his/her schedule behind. We like to take the time reserved for each pet in our care to complete our job with good energy, love, patience and quality.
As much as we try hard to accommodate even our clients that are late, in some circumstances we must limit the services performed on late dogs to prevent other pets from not receiving their designated time.
Due to more frequent late clients we have decided to enforce our late policy to try and prevent the delay our pets and pet parents may be experiencing.
Our Cancellation/No Show policy and procedure is as follows:
- We require a 48 hour notice for cancelation of your appointment.
- We require all clients to save a valid card on file.
- If proper notice is not given you will be charged one of the following fees. (We are empathetic to extenuating circumstances and will be flexible accordingly)
- If you cancel inside 48 hours of your appt you will be charged 25% of the service you have been booked for.
- If you cancel inside 24 hours of your appt you will be charged 50% of the service you have been booked for.
- If you No call No show to your appt you will be charged 75% of the service you have been booked for.
Our late policy and procedure is as follows:
- Up to 15 min late we will be as accommodating as possible but may need a slight bit of extra time with your pet
- 15-30 minutes late you will be charged a $10-$15 late fee and we may need extra time with your pet than the usual allotted time
- 30+ minutes late and there will be 3 potential options for you based on the groomers schedule:
- We may not have time to take your dog at all and you may need to reschedule your appt
- Your pet may only receive a "Bath and Fluff" and not a full haircut
- We will still do a full groom on your pet, it will take longer than the usual allotted time and will be a $15 late fee to pay the groomer to stay extra time than they are scheduled for.
