At A Clip Above, our commitment has always been to elevate the grooming industry by investing in our team’s growth, careers, and opportunities. Now, we are taking that mission to the next level with the launch of the A Clip Above Mastery Program.
This program is designed to place artistry, mastery, and advanced education at the heart of our salon. Our vision is to build not just a salon, but a home for master groomers—professionals dedicated to pushing the limits of skill, creativity, and technique.
We are incredibly fortunate to have access to world-class expertise right here in our salon. With the inspiration of Blake Hernandez—AKC Judge, certifier, and industry influencer—and with our very own National Certified Master Groomer, Andrew, stepping into his new role as Director of Education, the opportunities for growth are limitless.
Through the A Clip Above Mastery Program, Andrew will be spearheading education in the salon—upholding the highest standards, mentoring our team, inspiring new talent, and guiding groomers through the process of certification and mastery. His leadership, paired with the influence of industry icons like Blake, will help us cultivate a culture of excellence and position A Clip Above as a pivotal force in shaping the future of grooming—not only in Colorado, but across the country.
Our goal is clear: to be the premier salon known for developing a community of passionate, highly skilled, and nationally recognized master groomers. This is just the beginning of an exciting journey, and we are thrilled to share it with the grooming industry.
