Meet Tam – General Manager
Tam is the cornerstone of A Clip Above and an irreplaceable force within our leadership team. As General Manager, she oversees every aspect of our salon’s operations with unmatched dedication, precision, and care. From managing our staff and ensuring a seamless client experience to supporting animal care and handling every behind-the-scenes detail—Tam truly does it all.
Her journey with A Clip Above began in 2019 at the front desk as a receptionist, and through years of hard work, passion, and relentless growth, she worked her way up to become a Level Three Groomer and now leads the entire salon as General Manager. Her firsthand experience across all areas of the business gives her a unique and comprehensive understanding of what it takes to make our salon thrive.

Outside of work Tam loves to spend time with her pooch "Cinder"(pictured to the right) going on walks, hikes and enjoying the outdoors!
